He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Weaver and Lillian Weaver; and his brothers, Kerman Weaver and Ward Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Shirl; his children, Jeffery B. Weaver (Karen), Melissa Stuckey (Doug) and Michael C. Weaver; his granddaughters, Jennifer L. Boswell Crysta R. (Dustin) and Emily Jones (Zach); his great grandchildren, Riley and Regan Boswell; and his siblings, Orville Weaver, Charles Weaver, Rayburn Weaver, Virginia and Hazel.
