He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline B. Crabtree; his children, Virginia Crabtree Lambert (Wes), Dale Richard Mead (Sheryll) and Curtis Dean Mead (Melissa); and his siblings, Bonnie Crabtree Sitz and Jerome Eugene Crabtree (Eloise). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
