It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Crews (Niceville, Florida), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Crews; and her sons, David Crews and Gary Crews (Karen). She is survived by: her son Richard Crews (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brian Crews, Matthew Crews, Jackson Crews and Sarah Crews; and her great grandchildren, Colten Crews and Oliver Crews.
In lieu of flowers those who wish may donate in Hazel's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
