It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Coulter Smith of Niceville, Florida, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leonard and Alice Lockwood Coulter. She is survived by: her husband Henry Clifford Smith III; her sister Anne Coulter Griggs of Columbus, GA; her children, Michael Smith (Leona) of Rancho Murieta, CA, Scott Smith of Greenville, NC and Susan Rasins (Mark) of Niceville, FL; her sister-in-law Barbara Ellison Smith; her grandchildren, Terry Smith, Annie Amaral (Steve), Alex Hollman (Charlie), Jillian Purvis (Kyle), Rick Rasins, Madison Bell (Garrett) and Ryan Rasins; her great grandchildren, Owen, Julia Amaral, Larkin, Baylor and Harbor Kate Purvis; her many families including Hawaiian; and her daughter Jennifer Willey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
