With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Julian (Niceville, Florida), born in Newberry, South Carolina, who passed away on August 31, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore C. McDowell Sr. and Sara Ringer McDowell; her husband Thomas H. Julian Jr.; her children, Stan Julian, Karen Maltese and Laura Southard; and her grandchildren, Alaina Fincher, Nicole Henderson, Sara Julian, Sean Julian, Kandice Agee, Kourtney Barnett and Anderson McCrary. She was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.
Those wishing to honor her life can make a donation in her name to the "Beyond Measure" building fund at First Baptist Church on Bayshore.
