With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Goforth Clack (Niceville, Florida), who passed away on April 30, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Clack; and her brothers, Robert Hall Goforth (Frances) and William Goforth (Bud). She is survived by: her brother Raymond Earl Goforth (Winnie) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her sister-in-law Ruth Goforth of Salisbury, NC. She is also survived by four step children, and two nieces and six nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, 1420 East Seventh Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
