He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Blair and Minna Blair; and his brother Bryce W. Blair. He is survived by: his wife Helen E. Blair; his children, Frank K. Blair of Mobile, AL and Rose Shatterly (Darrel) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his granddaughter Britney H. Shatterly of Birmingham, AL; his sister Judith A. Blair of Mifflinburg, PA; his sister-in-law Nancy Blair of Hummelstown, PA; his niece Vicky Crout of Hummelstown; and his nephew Rick Blair (Linda) of Hummelstown, PA. He is also survived by kids and grandchild.
