He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorthy Houser and Elmer Willard Decker; and his son Robert W. Decker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Decker of Niceville; his daughters, Anne Marie Decker and Donna Elizabeth Harrison of Niceville; his granddaughters, Kaitlynn Harrison and Courtney Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Ryan and Brinlee Allan.
