He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Cunard. He is survived by: his mother Bette Lois Cunard; his daughters, Danielle Cunard (Scott Markowitz), Summer Green (Jason Green) and Courtney Parkhill (Blair Parkhill); and his grandsons, Dylan Cunard, Hudson Farmer and Wilson Green.
