He is survived by: his parents, Amber Milkeris and Joshua Milkeris; his sister Kennedi Milkeris; his grandparents, Phillip, Patti Thorn and Brenda Milkeris; his aunt Ashlee; his uncle Daniel Owen; his cousins, Scarlett and Rose Owen; his aunts, Kristine and Lori Milkeris; his uncle Robbie Smith; and his cousins, Amber Milkeris, Tyler Dean Milkeris, Nolen Smith, Miri Milkeris and Lacey Smith.
