She is survived by: her husband George; her sons, Christopher, Nicholas and Jacob; her daughters-in-law, Kelly, Karen and Sherrianne; her grandchildren, Dakota of Casey, JJ, Zach, Jea and Avery; her brother Dmytro; her sisters-in-law, Kathleen and Carrie; and her nieces, Jennifer, Maria and Kathleen. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
