He is survived by: his wife Deborah Roy of Niceville; his sons, Jeffrey Roy and Seth Roy (Hannah); and his sister Gloria (Roger Ahlstrom). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Liver Foundation in his memory.
