He was predeceased by: his wife Jung Ja Padgett. He is survived by: his children, Edmund F. Padgett and Shirley A. Ambrosino; his son-in-law Sal Ambrosino; his grandchildren, Nicolas Harding and Matthew Harding; and his great grandchildren, Madelynn Harding and Collin Lyles.
