Head (Andre Wilkins) of Cleveland, OH; his former wife Mary Henderson; and his sisters-in-law, Mavis Henderson, Marie Henderson, Isabelle Oldwine and Wanda Glover (Robert) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grand children, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
