He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Debbie; his children, Tim of San Diego, California and Megan Tully (Dan Toole) of Edgewater; his grandchildren, Quinn and Emmet Tully of Edgewater; his brothers, John Tully (Vicki) of Central Bridge and Bill Tully of Palm Coast; his parents, Timothy Tully and Connie Tully of Ormond Beach; and his father-in-law Carl Lytle of New Smyrna Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Mr. Tully's name to New Smyrna Beach High School for Science Scholarships; 1015 Tenth Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
