Smith of Northampton; his granddaughters, Charli and Andi; his parents-in-law, Clarence of Orefield, Susan Jones of Orefield, Kevin of Orefield, Pamela Roth of Orefield and Leslie Bartholomew of Orefield; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Arntz, Brooke Bartholomew, Steffany Rubel, Andrew Roth and Andrew Smith; his goddaughter Emma Roseman; his brother Kenneth R. Smith; and his sons, Jeffrey M. Smith and Stephen K. Smith.
