He is survived by: his wife Stacey Cashen Effinger; his sons, Lucas Scott Effinger and Connor Williams Effinger; his siblings, Charles "Buck" Effinger, Peter Effinger and Susan Reynolds; his brother-in-law Ronald Whitehurst; his mother-in-law Jean Cashen; and his pet Harley.
