We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2025, at the age of 81, Sandra Lyle Harvey Hawkins of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, born in Gainesville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sandra is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sandra's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chips Harvey and Carlyle Harvey of New Smyrna Beach; her husband Elbert Lee Hawkins; and her sister Kathy Aylwin. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Call (Greg) of Albia, IA; her granddaughter Cynthia Lyle Hawkins of Glen St; her sister Bobbie Moore (Wilbur) of Windermere; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Hudspeth of Oviedo and Dale.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Settle Wilder Funeral Home (406 S Orange St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168).
