He was predeceased by: his brother Russell Alderman of Jacksonville. He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Redfern; his wife June Norman Alderman; his children, Nan (Randy) of Tallahassee and Des of Monticello; his stepchildren, Carla Masters Cottrell (Peter) and Nancy Masters Nelson (Bill); his grandchildren, Katy Riggio (Mike), Molly Nelson, Meghan Nolan, Ava Nelson, Carolyn Gray and Jesse Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Maddy Riggio and Austin Riggio.
