Rickey L. Sylvester Obituary
The passing of Rickey L. Sylvester of New Smyrna Beach, Florida leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Sylvester and Lois M. Sylvester (French); and his sister Marilyn Jo Coan. He is survived by: his sons, Rickey Sylvester (Brenda) of Indianapolis, IN, Scott Sylvester (Shannon) of Indianapolis, IN and Brady Sylvester (Allison) of Indianapolis, IN; his stepdaughters, Bridget Russo (Frank) of Danville, IN, Gina Panarisi of Marietta, GA and Andrea Selivan (Mark) of Happy Valley, PA.; his siblings, Dorothy Cavett (late Phil) of Plainfield, IN and Gary Sylvester of Indianapolis, IN; his nephew Jerry Lyons (Debby); his grandchildren, Rickey Sylvester, Braydon Sylvester, Haley Sylvester, Luke Sylvester and Cecelia Sylvester; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Kayson, Kali and Kooper. He is also survived by four nieces, four nephews, four step-granddaughters and two step-grandsons.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 500 (1926 Georgetown Rd, Speedway, IN 46224).
