He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Willma (Edward C. Folger) and Richard; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Gail; and his children, Mark Folger of Titusville, Michael Folger (Jackie) of Mims and Sandra Garcia (Butch) of Altamonte Springs. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
