It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Allen (New Smyrna Beach, Florida), born in Cape Vincent, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen and Harriet Allen; and his brother Robert "Bob" Allen. He is survived by: his friend Bank; his wife Marsha; his children, Rebecca Stockwell (Patrick), Laura Karle (Patrick Briggs), Amy MacMurdo-Barnes (Patrick), Richard Allen, Jr. (Charlene), Patricia Crouse (Ronald) and Sara Salzano (Nick Papadopoulos); and his sister Joan Balfe (Arthur). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
