She was predeceased by: her mother Norine Fink (Mills); her stepfather Ted Fink; her husband Tom Bruce Jr; and her son Gary Willoughby. She is survived by: her sons, Roy Steven Willoughby of Michigan and John Willoughby (Toni) of Florida. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.
