He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Chipok and Stella Chipok; and his son Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Rita Chipok; his daughter Angela Melchiorri (Joshua); his granddaughters, Morgan and Stella; and his brothers, Andrew Chipok (Bernadette) and Robert Chipok.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the The Grand (721 Palmetto St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168).
