He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Jenna; his grandson Duncan; his nephew David Mason Smith (Tana); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rae, Lanie, Cody and Gabe; his nephew Ryan (Kirsten); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kailee, Aiden and Jude; his nephew Scott (Yvonne); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chastity, Desiree, Charity, Pat, Larissa White, Ryan, Charlotte Meyers, Tyler Smith, Mary, Anita, Irving Brown, Jeff Haney, Rhonda, Danielle, Sol Detmer, Danny, Little Danny Burke, Todd, Norma Buchannan, Anthony, Cris Mejia, Rusty, Louise Bridle, Jed Carpentier, Ron Glass, Walter and Alex Forest.
