He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Barnett and Ruth Barnett; and his siblings, Esther, Nancy and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his sons, Ian Lee Barnett of DeLand and Rian Kel Barnett of New Smyrna Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Salvation Army, 1555 LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
