He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Wheeler and Antoinette Merlino Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Mickayla; his cousin Patricia Salerno (Vince) of North Syracuse; his brother-in-law Ron Crouse (Patricia) of New Smyrna Beach; and his nieces and nephews, Joel Crouse (Beth), Colton W. Crouse, Cassandra Crouse, Baylee Watson (Zach) and Emma Crouse.
