He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Tommy (Katherine); his grandson Fischer of New Smyrna Beach; his mother Marion Farella; his sisters, Carol Larson and Diana Pavgouzas (Jimmy); his nephews, Eric of Lake Mary, Shane of Lake Mary, Tyler of Lake Mary, Nicholas of Lake Mary and Anthony of Lake Mary; his sisters-in-law, Vicki Nute (Barry) of New Smyrna Beach and Rhonda Lewis (Mark); and his nieces, Ashley of Montgomery and Lauren of Montgomery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society SE Florida, 1737 N. Clyde Morris Blvd., Suite 140, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
