She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tevlin and Regina Tevlin (O'Hare). She is survived by: her husband Doug J. Mactye; her son Douglas J. Mactye (Mickayla Souders); her siblings, Joseph Tevlin (Diane), Diane Menone and Gigi Moffat (Rick); and her niece Olivia Moffat.
