He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calvin Oliver of Duck Hill and Zona Mae; his former wife Virginia M. Oliver (Martha S. Oliver) of Raleigh, N. C.; his son Tom Dalton (Leslie) of Debary; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Oliver of Hattiesburg.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas C. Oliver (Katie) of Newmarket, N. H., Linda South (Stephen) of Gerrads Cross, Buckinghamshire, England, Sandra Oliver of New Smyrna Beach and Phyllis Mattheson (Brian) of Deland; his grandchildren, Krista, Adam, Taylor, Nathan, Abbie, Elizabeth, Rachel, Andrew, Sarah, Natasha, Luke, Ashley and Robert; his great grandchildren, Kai, Marlee, Maddie, James, MaryBeth, Luke, Hannah, Clara, Nora, Jonah and Emily; and his brother James C. Oliver, Jr. of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by friends, some life savers being father.
