He was predeceased by: his parents, Kern McIlhenny and Gladys McIlhenny; and his son-in-law Michael Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Lori Thompson of New Smyrna Beach, Jennifer Weller (Michael Friedman) of New Smyrna Beach and Michael McIlhenny of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jared, Joshua, Nicholas, Olivia, Michael, Nathan Thompson and Jacob Friedman; his sister Cheryl Devine (Jimmy) of College Park; and his niece Alicia Devine of Alabama.
