He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hoffman and Eileen Hoffman (Roche); and his wife Kathleen M Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Alison Pellicier (Felipe) and Steven Basini (Denise); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Alice Morris, Daniel Basini and Charlie Basini; his sister Barbara Morgan; and his nieces, Teresa Maschak and Deborah Maschak.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home (1 N Causeway, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (4000 S Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169).
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
