She was predeceased by: her son Kevin Galbreath. She is survived by: her parents, Edward Cummings and Elizabeth Cummings of Boston; her children, Patricia, Christopher, Michael, John Galbreath and Kathleen Barnette (Michael); her grandchildren, Shannon, Haley, Ariel, Amber, Taylor, Mary Ann, John Jr., Joseph and Killian; and her brother Richard.
