He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sister Lynn Pistilli of Allendale; his uncle Frederick Pistilli of Tiburon; his nieces and nephews, Gregory Warner, Nicholas Warner, Christopher Pakula, Raymond Dorso, Bobby Seneca, Sherrie Schwartz and Elizabeth Hogue; his siblings-in-law, Karlann Bock, Robert Seneca and Rodney Seneca; his mother-in-law Veronica Gardner; and also, Roddie of Tiburon and Harrison Warner.

Donations may be made in Mr. Pistilli's name to a Homeless Shelter or a Humane Society of one's choice.
