She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Fuquay. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy McCloud (Russell) of Oak Hill, Terry Stearns (Bob) of New Smyrna Beach and Debbie Pearsall (Jimmy) of New Smyrna Beach; her grandchildren, Daniel Bass, Jonathan Stearns (Leah), Kelly Stearns (Jason), Kristin Park (Chad) and Ashley Briggs (Andy); her great grandchildren, Austin Bass, Brynna Bass, Caden Bass, Brycen Bass, Elizabeth Stearns, Charley Park, Joshua Briggs and Chloe Briggs; and the father of her children Jay Heck of Oak Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donation to First United Methodist Church, 310 Douglas Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168.
