He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard K Garceau, Sr. of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Antoinette B Garceau; his siblings, Andrea Noriega (Michael), Amanda Oliva (Al), Nicole Lane (Mark), Gisele Garceau, Amie Sanborn (William) and Armand Garceau; his nieces and nephews, Adrienne Martin (TJ), Zachary Lane, Gabrielle Noriega, Will Sanborn and Corinne Sanborn; his children, Bernard K Garceau, III, Victoria Bell (Randall) and Andrew James (AJ); and his grandsons, Jason, Travis and David Bell.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date due to COVID.
