We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 82, Barbara A. Brown (New Smyrna Beach, Florida), born in Jamaica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jean Emile (Paulette Anna Chenlot Bretey) and Barbara; her children, Scott Brown (Stella), Wendy Prescott (Phelps) and Debbie Van Cleemput (Steven); her grandchildren, Daniel (Kirsten) and Rebekah Brown; her children, Brian, Michelle Prescott, Amanda, Emily and Matthew Van Cleemput; her pet Belle; her husband James Brown; and her siblings, Jean Bretey and Paulette McNamara.
