She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim; and her children, Cindy Werner of Longwood, Mary Usyak (Brad) of Grays Lake, Illinois, Heidi Mocchi (Jim) of Geneva Illinois and Jim Kozaritz, Jr. (Liz) of South Elgin, Illinois. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to American Cancer Society SE Florida, 1737 N. Clyde Morris Blvd., Suite 140, Daytona Beach, FL 32117.
