He is survived by: his children, Anthony Hugger of Poughkeepsie, Lisa Hutchison of Seneca Castle, Edward Hugger of Poughkeepsie, Tashun Stephens (Katherine Jones) of Edgewater and Jammel Hugger of New Smyrna Beach; his grandchildren, Tashun Stephens and Sia Stephens; and his mother Hattie Pressley of Avon Park. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
