He was predeceased by: his parents, Essex A. Vining and Miriam Vining (French). He is survived by: his brother Robert; his former wife Janet Severance; his children, Kent Vining (Karen) of Texas, Kirk Vining (Pamela) of Texas, Karla Clougherty (Thomas) of Hampton, NH, Kerri Vining of Manchester, NH and Karen McDonnell of Rutland, Vermont.; his grandchildren, Walt and Shirley; and his wife Shirley. He is also survived by children went on to give him 13 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
