He is survived by: his wife Norma Smith; his children, Angie of Drew, T. J, Endia, Zac, Amanda, Chyna, Drake, Ayza, Chris, Jason and Kevin; his mother Betty Smith; and his siblings, Clinton Smith, Denise Fitzpatrick, Sherry May, Ray Ulatowski, Michael Ulatowski and Chris Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the TIM and Norma's House (12229 Tanbark Dr, New Port Richey, FL 34654).
