He is survived by: his parents, Tom Clark and Mary Clark; his sister Meghan Clark; his niece Kinsley Adkins of New Port Richey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey and Miley Clark of Hudson; and his godparents, RuthAnn Caruso of Youngstown and Jimmy Clark of Tarpon Springs.
