He was predeceased by: his father Louis Kaduk. He is survived by: his mother Helen Kaduk; his wife Darby Smith Kaduk; his daughter Dr. Lisa Kaduk Hafer (Jay); his grandson Theodore "T. J."; his son Christopher Kaduk (Jillian); his granddaughters, Emmerey and Palmer; and his brother Louis Kaduk.
