With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Harrell Jr. of New Port Richey, Florida, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his aunt Teresa; and his grandmother Ollie Waller. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Waller; his sisters, Chelci Dineen (Mike) and Bailey Karpay (Matt); his nephew Archie Karpay; his aunts, Kyleene Galloway, Claudia Galloway McCallister (Blaine) and Candace Mergens (James); and his cousins, Kerry, Paul, Kelly, Jennifer, Lexi and Cameron.
