He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wiley and Geneviera Wiley (Pacifico); and his siblings, Olive Collet, Patricia Sostak and Sylvester "Bill" Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia R. Falvo; his children, Regina Wiley of Spring Hill, FL, Lisa Foster (Kevin), Christopher Wiley and Richard M. Wiley; his grandchildren, Justin Wiley (Shanay), Jennifer Arwood, Marcello and Cameron Wiley; and his great grandchildren, Elliana and Rocco Wiley.
