She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ira and Edna Mae Shinkle (Evans); her husband Harold Lee Shrout; her children, Roger Eugene Shrout and Patricia Ann Shrout; her siblings, Gene, Jack, Donald and Mary; and her great grandchild Robert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Ann Huff (John) of Mebane, NC, Barbara Joseph of Middletown and Rose Lynn Taylor of Clearwater, FL; and her sister Janet Wead of Enon, OH. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
