He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rigsby and Jane Rigsby; his wife Leora Kathryn Watkins (Kate); and his siblings, Dorthea, Cleta, Chester and Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Marcia Joy Cochran of Bayonet Point, FL and Owen Jeff Rigsby (Paula) of Seymour, IN..
