She was predeceased by: her husband Alan McNeil; her parents, Fillmore Bell and Martha Bell; and her brother Richard Bell. She is survived by: her sons, Michael McNeil (Tammy) of New Port Richey, FL and David McNeil (Elizabeth) of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Ryan McNeil and Marissa McNeil; and her sisters, Alice Blanco and Karen Best.
