He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Nort and Ilene Van Nort (McPherson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Van Nort (Braun); his sons, William Van Nort (Traci) of New Baltimore, MI and Daniel Van Nort (Kristen) of Sterling Heights, MI.; his granddaughters, Kristen, Ariana, Allison and Abigail; his great grandchild Julian Mateo; and his siblings, Janet Mitchell (Charlie), Thomas Van Nort (Janet) and Keith Van Nort (Candy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
