She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Everette Monroe and Melva Mounts Tiller; her aunts, Belinda "Jeannie" Angle and Jowana Kennedy; her grandmother Evelyn Blankenship; and her cousin Tyler Hatfield.
She is survived by: her husband Cooper Lounsbury of New Port Richey, FL; her parents, Audie Blankenship and Stephanie Blankenship of Hanover, WV; her sisters, Melva Brianna Blankenship of Hanover and Ashlee Cline (Jarrett) of Wharncliffe, WV; her nieces, Reagan Kinlee Davis of Wharncliffe and Kaybrie Reece Cline of Wharncliffe; her grandfather Homer Blankenship of Browning Fork, WV; her parents-in-law, Glenn and Robyn Lounsbury of Castleton; and her sisters-in-law, Sarah Lounsbury and Kaitlyn Lounsbury of Castleton.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that Kayleena's passion for teaching be shared with gifts for classroom libraries at two of the schools she taught at—Iaeger Elementary and Cypress Elementary.
